The LG G4 Launch Event stands as the largest launch in LG's history in Turkey, delivering a landmark brand experience that redefined product showcases.
Challenge & Execution
- 1,100 guests from across Turkey, including business partners, dealers, and press representatives, requiring meticulous crowd and hospitality management.
- Strategic venue selection: A factory building at Beykoz Kundura—which was not yet a popular event destination at the time—was chosen because its industrial setting perfectly matched the premium leather, metal, and handcrafted materials of the LG G4 back covers.
- Rapid venue transformation: Working with a dedicated crew of 200 people, the raw building was transformed into a premium event venue within a non-stop 48-hour setup window.
- Multi-level venue structuring: The experience was mapped across three floors—ground floor welcome reception, middle floor cocktail and product experience zone, and rooftop terrace for the main presentation and gala.
- Surprise gala and entertainment: Expecting only a cocktail reception, guests were surprised with an invitation to a rooftop gala dinner featuring live performances by Aşkın Nur Yengi and Selami Şahin, followed by a grand fireworks display.
Outcome
The launch was a resounding success, setting a new benchmark for immersive experiences in Turkey. This landmark project also played a pivotal role in Hypermind winning the "Best Breakout Agency" award at the prestigious Ace of M.I.C.E. Awards.
